Tuition Rates

Every effort is made to keep tuition affordable for preschool families. Students of families registered in State College - area Catholic Churches are eligible for the subsidized, Parishioner Rate. For more information about eligibility, parents should contact the Preschool Administrator at preschooladministrator@olvcs.org

Program Days 

  • Classroom programs held 9AM - 12PM.
  • The mixed age developmental program only meets:
    • Polar Bears: M/W/F
    • Seals: Tues. & Thurs.
  • Programs that meet Mondays through Fridays:
    • 3-year-old: Penguins
    • 4-year-old
      • Kangaroos
      • Koalas
    • Pre-Kindergarten: Owls

More Information

  • OLVCS Preschool Sibling Discount: 25 % off the second child enrolled.
  • FACTS Tuition Management System
    • In general, tuition is paid monthly over the course of 10 months.
    • Tuition is paid by check, credit card, or debit card through FACTS, an online tuition management system.
    • If you are enrolling more than one child, please create one FACTS account.  This will manage all children who attend our preschool.
    • If you already have a FACTS account established for other children currently enrolled at our preschool and/or our K-8 school, simply add your new child's information to that account.
  • Income - based tuition assistance is available for families who qualify. Need - based scholarships are available. It is the philosophy of our school that no family wanting a Catholic Education will be turned away from our school due to financial circumstances.

Income-Based Tuition Assistance

Income-based tuition assistance for preschool program tuition is available for families that qualify. Tuition assistance is not offered for the Extended Day Program. OLVCS works with Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) to assess the financial needs of families seeking need-based tuition assistance. More information can be found on the Tuition Assistance page.
